Warranty Information

Warranty Terms:

Bump Stock:
We offer a limited warranty on the "Bump Stock" component from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, we will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

Miscellaneous Parts (Limited Warranty):
We provide a warranty on all miscellaneous parts from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use on parts limited to: Adjustable Lever Kit, Grip Adapter, and Buffer Tube Stoppers. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received, we will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) replace the part with a new or refurbished part.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors beyond our control.

Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.

The warranty is void if the product has been altered or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service provider.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process to either repair or replace the defective item as per the warranty terms.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as described above. We shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
